1. As per the US Constitution a private company does not have the right to refuse service to a customer if they wish to join their service and take part in their provided service
2. A private company, once the customer has joined the service has the right to ban the customer temporarily or permanently if the customer exercises speech/action or provides a platform of speech or actions which the company deems hateful while using the private company’s services as such speech is NOT protected by the US Constitution.
